Visual Arts Committee Presents:

Man Made

On display February 6th – March 3rd

Opening Reception
Friday, February 7th
Lobby Gallery & Madrona Room

The Visual Arts Committee of Orcas Center has realized that most of the visual art displayed at the Center is the work of women. In an attempt to encourage more men to display their art, the “Man-Made” show has been put back on the calendar this February.
This will be the third Man-Made show. Shows in the past have brought out dozens of men, some of whom have never displayed their work. The art has included paintings, wood carvings, furniture, metal sculpture, stone work, glass and lots more.
We are giving men a heads-up, a little lead time to finish those beautiful pieces in time for the February show. So, dust off some old stuff or create something new and bring it to the Center to be displayed throughout the month of February!
Delivery of Artwork: February 5th, 10:30 to 12:30
Opening Night Reception: February 7th, 5:30 to 7:00
