The annual meeting of the Orcas Center membership is canceled. The board will be creating a written annual report and publishing it on www.OrcasCenter.org by the end of the month. 70 ballots have been returned so far. Please mail or drop off your ballot before Sunday, March 15th, if you were planning on voting at the annual meeting.
