New Ears on Tango

The first half of the concert features the Latin Grammy Award-winning Pedro Giraudo Tango Quartet, one of the world’s most compelling tango ensembles. The quartet’s fervent and virtuosic musical style gracefully combines elements from Argentine tango, European classical music, and American jazz, bringing something new and exciting to the form while retaining the lushness and beauty of the genre.
